Course
Founded over 2,500 years ago by the Phoenicians, Lisbon exudes history on every street and at every corner. Although we’ll be traveling by car for most of the tour, you’ll need to walk a bit—it’s the only way to discover some of Old Lisbon’s secrets—but if you can’t or don’t like to walk, don’t worry! This is a private tour and can always be tailored to your interests!
We’ll pass by Praça Marquês de Pombal, Avenida da Liberdade, Praça dos Restauradores, and Rossio.
We’ll visit iconic sites and monuments throughout the city, with a focus on the neighborhoods of Alfama, Graça, Baixa Pombalina, Chiado, and Belém, where we’ll have the chance to sample the delicious Pastel de Belém!
We’ll then head to Quinta de São Sebastião, an 18th-century estate located about 30 minutes from Lisbon, where we’ll learn about its history and taste some of the finest wines produced here, always accompanied by regional snacks—the perfect way to celebrate an unforgettable day!
